When you make a reservation, we charge a deposit of 30 % of the total price. We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit within the date stated on your booking confirmation in order to secure your reservation.

Check-in from 3 PM – if you plan to arrive after 6 PM, kindly let us know. 

Check-out until 11 AM - you are also welcome to visit the mountain spa on your day of departure.

With our Puitalm breakfast basket you can start the day relaxed in peace with your loved ones in the apartment. Upon arrival, we will show you our breakfast corner, where you can fill out your personal breakfast sheet (please always by 7:00 pm the day before). Breakfast in the restaurant is not possible.

Please ask when requesting your offer / booking whether we can accommodate your four-legged friend. If it is possible, we charge € 25,- per day per dog (no matter what size).

Here are our dog rules: 

• Your dog must be house-trained and well-behaved. We ask you not to leave your dog alone in the apartment for long periods of time. You must be available for us at all times if other hotel guests are disturbed by your dog, for example by barking.
• It is not permitted to let your dog run around the hotel and the surrounding countryside without a leash and a guide.
• Your dog is allowed in the restaurant during the day, from 18:00 the restaurant is dog-free.
• The mountain spa (saunas and outdoor pool) and the fitness studio are dog-free.
• Dog excrement must be picked up and disposed of in the residual waste.
• Your dog is not allowed to lie on the couch or bed. We are happy to provide you with a dog bed as well as a water and food bowl.
• Please discuss with reception at what time you would like your room to be cleaned. Our housekeeping will not provide room service if your four-legged friend is alone in the apartment without prior agreement.
• If your dog causes heavy soiling or damage that requires special cleaning or repair, we reserve the right to charge you for this in addition to the dog fee. You must let us know asap when a any kind of small or big damage/soiling has happened, so we can find a solution together. 

Children until 3 years old are free.

You can reserve a table in our restaurant for the duration of your stay when you make your booking. If you prefer to dine in privacy, we offer room service for a fee.

We offer our guests an interim cleaning service for their apartment.

As a partner business of Pitztal Tourism, our summer guests receive the Pitztal Summer Card free of charge. The card opens gates and doors to the most beautiful summer experiences in the area. Among them museum visits, the entrance to the bathing lake, access to the climbing hall, the Boulderstadl, the Ibex Center and much more. In addition, during your entire stay at the Puitalm, you will travel free of charge on the public buses of the Pitztal Valley.

If a reservation has been made, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 14 days before the day of arrival, 40% of the total package price will be charged
• up to 7 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total package price will be charged
• up to 2 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price will be charged
• 100% of the total package price will be charged on the day of arrival

For bookings around/over New Year's Eve, other cancellation conditions apply, as noted in your offer/booking.

We recommend that you take out the Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance from "Europäische Reiseversicherung" with every reservation..
