The Puitalm Restaurant is the perfect place to celebrate something special. Time away, nature and local delicacies invite you to dine in the mountain restaurant of the Puitalm. The kitchen team loves to serve special creations to apartment guests and non-residents who are hungry - from game specialities from our own hunting reserve to popular Tyrolean dishes.

Why go so far afield for food when good things flourish so close by? Taste at the Restaurant Puitalm is a true appreciation of what is alpine and a matter of give and take in the eternal cycle of man and nature.

You will find mainly Tyrolean specialities at the Puitalm Restaurant – some of which are served according to old recipes, others cooked up with new ideas. Homemade and prepared with the best that the hunting grounds and the local producers have to offer. We ensure that our products are of transparent origin and are used responsibly.

5-Course Menu

In winter we are not an á la carte restaurant. From Tuesday to Sunday in the evening there is a 5-course menu. You can reserve a table for this by 4 pm the day before at the latest.

The restaurant area in the evening is dog-free.

HUNTER'S
APPETITE!

You will regularly find responsibly hunted, fresh game specialities from our own fallow deer enclosure at the Puitalm. Austria's largest interconnected high mountain hunting area is located in the Pitztal, and our own hunting grounds are part of it.

FRESH MOUNTAIN FISH (COMING SOON)

Soon we will prepare freshly caught trout for you from the private fish pond next to the hotel according to seasonal recipes.

For the eyes and the mind

The panorama and ambience add a touch of down-to-earth exclusiveness to the dishes of your choice. The rooms in the restaurant have been designed with a great deal of finesse and in harmony with the architecture of the building.
